Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team in converting leads into successful bookings. The ideal candidate will handle initial client interactions, qualify leads, provide property information, and coordinate site visits. A strong communicator with a customer-centric approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries from leads generated through various channels (online portals, walk-ins, referrals, events, etc.).
• Qualify potential customers based on their property requirements, budget, and buying intent.
• Provide detailed information about property projects, including pricing, amenities, floor plans, approvals, and location benefits.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead data, communication history, and sales funnel progress.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth lead handover.
• Provide support during client interactions and negotiations, when required.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, new project launches, competitor activity, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, property expos, and open house sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 6-24 months of experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles in the real estate sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of local real estate markets and customer preferences.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
