Ensure availability of stock, timely order processing, and eective supply chain coordination. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Retail Development: o o Increase numeric and weighted distribution. Ensure visibility and planogram compliance across retail outlets. Team Coordination: o o Supervise and support Sales Oicers/Representatives (if applicable). Conduct joint working and on-the-job coaching for frontline sales teams. Market Intelligence: o o Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies. Gather feedback from the eld and report consumer trends and insights. Reporting: o o Maintain accurate sales data, route plans, and daily call reports. Provide inputs to ASM for territory planning and forecasting. Qualications & Skills: ¢ ¢ Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related eld (MBA preferred). Experience: 36 years of FMCG sales experience; territory-level experience in Kerala (especially Kochi) is a strong advantage. ¢ ¢ ¢ Language Prociency: Fluency in Malayalam and English is a must. Technical Skills: MS Excel, reporting tools, CRM/SFA applications. Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license, willingness to travel locally.
