Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our electric vehicle products and services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility through on-ground sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and local networking.
• Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to prospective clients (individuals, businesses, and fleet operators).
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure post-sale support and customer satisfaction.
• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity updates.
• Generate and maintain a daily/weekly report of field visits, leads, and closures.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to plan promotional activities and events.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, roadshows, and other local outreach programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of field sales experience, preferably in the automobile or electric vehicle sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
