We are seeking an experienced NON-IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various NON-IT positions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in building our NON-IT team and ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their NON-IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
3. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
4. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Evaluate candidates' qualifications and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical experts.
7. Conduct reference checks to validate candidates' qualifications and work experience.
8. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
9. Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
10. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
13. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to attract top non-IT talent.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as an NON- IT Recruiter or similar role.
2. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
3. Excellent knowledge of the NON-IT industry, trends, and technologies.
4. Strong sourcing and networking skills.
5. Ability to evaluate technical skills and assess candidates' suitability for specific NON-IT roles.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
