Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for
Sales, Accountants, and IT profiles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/face-to-face interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure timely closures as per hiring requirements

Requirements:

13 years of experience in recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)
Experience hiring
Sales / Accounting / IT roles
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners preferred
