Job Description

We are seeking a dymic and results-driven Selection Specialist to join our team and mage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring magers to fulfil strategic hiring goals.* Mage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments (sourcing to onboarding)* Partner with hiring magers to understand business needs and role requirements* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels* Conduct resume screening, initial phone screens, and schedule interviews* Coordite and mage candidate interviews with hiring teams* Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure data accuracy* Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback* Drive employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities* Provide recruitment alytics and reports to stakeholders as required* Stay updated with current hiring trends, tools, and best practices

Required technical and professiol expertise

* 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, ukri, Indeed, etc.)* Hands-on experience with ATS* Excellent communication and interpersol skills* Strong organizatiol and time magement abilities* Ability to mage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment* Experience with behavioural and competency-based interview

Preferred technical and professiol experience

* Proven written and written communication skills* Prior experience hiring for IT / Tech / Niche skills* Exposure to diversity hiring and employer branding strategies* Familiarity with recruitment marketing and talent market intelligence* Certifications in Recruitment/HR
