JD Opusing Information Services Pvt Ltd Job Title: Pharma Recruiter Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite) Experience: 0 - 3 Years Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary As a Pharma Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences roles with our US-based clients. You will work closely with account managers to meet hiring needs through various channels, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit Pharma/Life Sciences professionals (e.g., Lab Technicians, Quality Control Specialists, Chemical Operators, Biology/Chemistry Lab Experts) for US-based clients. Work on W2 hiring and MSP/VMS requisitions . Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), internal database, and referrals to identify candidates. Screen resumes for required skills, experience, and qualifications. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, availability, and compensation expectations. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing the full recruitment cycle until onboarding. Maintain recruitment reports, pipeline trackers, and compliance documentation. Meet daily/weekly KPIs for submissions, interviews, and placements. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Life Sciences/Pharma background preferred, not mandatory). Experience: 03 years of experience in US Staffing recruitment (Pharma domain preferred). Strong understanding of US hiring models W2 and MSP/VMS processes. Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours) .
