In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top IT and technology talent across Canada. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for both English- and French-speaking markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and compliance with Canadian employment practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles across Canada from intake meetings and job postings to candidate selection and offer management. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective sourcing strategies. Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, networking events, and referrals. Conduct bilingual interviews (French and English) to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
