  Pharma/Life Sciences professionals

  (e.g., Lab Technicians, Quality Control Specialists, Chemical Operators, Biology/Chemistry Lab Experts) for US-based clients.
• Work on

  W2 hiring

  and

  MSP/VMS requisitions

  .
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), internal database, and referrals to identify candidates.
• Screen resumes for required skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing the full recruitment cycle until onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment reports, pipeline trackers, and compliance documentation.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs for submissions, interviews, and placements.

Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in any discipline (Life Sciences/Pharma background preferred, not mandatory).

• Experience:

  03 years of experience in US Staffing recruitment (Pharma domain preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  US hiring models W2

  and

  MSP/VMS

  processes.
• Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work

  night shifts (US business hours)
