Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as an experienced Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for Teva Pharmaceuticals positions. Your role will involve recruiting for various roles within Teva Pharma, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for various Teva Pharma roles such as R&D, QC/QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Corporate, etc. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates - Source talent using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and market mapping - Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit - Manage interview scheduling, feedback loop, candidate communication, and offer negotiation - Maintain strong candidate pipelines and deliver timely hiring updates - Ensure a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance and hiring standards - Track and report recruitment metrics regularly Qualifications Required: - 15 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably with direct exposure to Teva Pharmaceuticals hiring - Strong understanding of pharma domain roles, compliance, and hiring processes - Experience in sourcing niche and senior-level scientific/technical profiles - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines - Strong organizational and prioritization skills,
