About the Role:

Pharma Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for Pharma and Engineering positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand job requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles.
• Develop and maintain a

  robust talent pipeline

  to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Ensure proper documentation, timely reports, and adherence to recruitment processes.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as

  LinkedIn, Cipal, and Indeed

  to engage top talent.
• Stay updated with

  industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and market insights

  to strengthen recruitment strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of recruitment experience

  in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Engineering domains.
• Strong knowledge of Pharma/Life Sciences roles and technical hiring requirements.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Process-driven with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a

  fast-paced environment
