Pharma Recruiter

As a Recruiter (Pharma Domain) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to support our Fortune 500 clients in the US market. You will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various open roles across different skills. Your role will involve building a robust candidate pipeline by understanding job requirements and assessing the fitment of prospective candidates based on their areas of interest, experience, visa eligibility, and location. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for submission to team leads - Build a strong candidate pipeline based on job requirements - Analyze candidate fitment in terms of skills, experience, and eligibility factors - Maintain a good understanding of US tax terms, visas, and geography - Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written English communication skills Qualifications Required: - Must be a graduate; background in Pharma/Biotech is a plus - 1-3 years of recent US Staffing experience serving Pharma Clients and Pharma Positions - Comprehensive Recruiting experience across multiple industries in the US - Experience in serving Pharma Clients (Clinical/Scientific) with Pharma positions is a must - Familiarity with Job Diva as the Applicant Tracking System If you join us at Net2Source, you can enjoy a range of benefits designed to create a motivating work environment for our employees.
