Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with ERP systems tailored for the pharma domain will be advantageous. A strong understanding of pharma business processes and regulatory requirements is essential. Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or Infor is preferred. Problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and effective communication and stakeholder management are key attributes for this role. Moreover, working knowledge of SQL and database systems for data analysis and reporting is required. Familiarity with pharma validation procedures, such as CSV Computer System Validation, and experience with ERP integrations with systems like LIMS, MES, or CRM will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
