Pharma Recruiter

You are being hired as a Recruiter in the Pharma Domain to provide support to our Fortune 500 clients in the US market. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various open roles on behalf of the clients. You will work closely with team leads to submit suitable candidates across different skills. In this role, you will be required to develop a robust candidate pipeline by thoroughly understanding job requirements and assessing the compatibility of potential candidates based on their interests, experience, visa eligibility, and location preferences. The position is based onsite in Noida, with shift timings aligned with PST. To be eligible for this role, you must hold a graduate degree, preferably with a background in Pharma or Biotech. Having 1-3 years of recent experience in US staffing, specifically catering to Pharma Clients and positions, is essential. A sound knowledge of US tax terms, visas, and geography is crucial, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Desired qualifications include extensive recruiting experience across diverse industries in the US, particularly in serving Pharma Clients with a focus on Clinical/Scientific roles and pharma/light industrial positions. Familiarity with Job Diva as an Applicant Tracking System would be advantageous.
