Pharma Recruiter

You will be joining as a Recruiter with a focus on the Pharma domain to provide support to Fortune 500 clients in the US market. Your primary responsibility will involve sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various open roles. Once you have identified potential candidates, you will submit them to the team leads for further consideration. It will be essential to build a robust pipeline of candidates by thoroughly understanding the job requirements and assessing the suitability of candidates based on their interests, experience, visa eligibility, and location preferences. This role will require you to have 1-3 years of recent experience in US Staffing, particularly in serving Pharma clients and handling Pharma positions. A background in Pharma/Biotech will be advantageous. You should possess a good grasp of US tax terms, visas, and geography. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with candidates and clients. Additionally, experience with an Applicant Tracking System like Job Diva would be a plus. An understanding of comprehensive recruiting across various industries in the US will be beneficial. The position is based onsite in Noida with shift timings aligned with PST.
