Pharma Recruiter

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and life-sciences positions. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, understanding requirements, and building strong pipelines of qualified candidates across R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, quality, and commercial functions. The recruiter ensures a seamless hiring experience while maintaining compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for Pharma, Biotech, Clinical, and Life Sciences roles (e.g., Research Scientists, Clinical Research Associates, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, etc.).
• Use advanced search techniques across job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and networking platforms.
• Build and maintain a pool of active and passive candidates specific to client needs.
  

Performance & Delivery

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including submissions, interviews, closures, and client satisfaction metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, HR, or relevant experience.
• 1–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Pharma, Biotech, Clinical Research, or Healthcare staffing.
• Strong understanding of scientific and technical terminology.
• Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, Boolean search, and social media recruiting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US Pharma or Life Sciences clients.
• Familiarity with VMS platforms, MSP programs, and compliance guidelines.
