Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Proactively build candidate pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
Leverage Boolean search techniques, ATS tools, and social recruiting to identify top talent.
Submit qualified candidates to Account Managers/Clients with proper documentation (resume, summary, rate confirmation).
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Conduct initial phone/virtual screenings to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Evaluate candidates against client requirements, including work authorization (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Negotiate compensation, relocation, and availability.
