You will be trained to source, screen, and place qualified candidates for clients across the United States while learning best practices in recruitment and staffing. Key Responsibilities Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate with candidates for interviews, feedback, and onboarding. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future job requirements. Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client hiring needs. Maintain recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
