US Recruiter

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as US Staffing Recruiters. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of staffing experience who are eager to build a career in recruitment. You will receive hands-on training to source, screen, and place candidates for clients across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs.
• Update information regularly in the ATS and ensure timely communication with candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to work US time zones (Night Shift).

Preferred

• Internship or up to 6 months of experience in recruitment or US staffing.
• Basic understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
