Job Title: US Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) Experience: 4-8 Years Location: Kharadi / Onsite Shift: US Shift Fixed Shift ( 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST ) Job Description: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to their successful onboarding. Work with MSP/VMS models and ensure compliance with client hiring processes. Recruit for a diverse range of industries, including IT, Engineering, DOD-Federal Projects, and Healthcare. Ensure compliance with US visa regulations (H1B, TN, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.). Utilize various recruitment techniques, such as headhunting, networking, referrals, job portals, and internet-based sourcing tools. Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver qualified candidates within the desired time frame. Maintain and build a strong candidate database to meet future hiring needs. Negotiate salary and contract terms effectively to ensure a successful hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT and Non-IT recruitment. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Experience: 4-8 years of experience in US staffing, recruiting for IT & Non-IT roles with direct clients. Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, including work authorizations (W2, Green Card, US Citizens, etc.). Proven ability to source and screen candidates across multiple industries. Prior experience working in an MSP/VMS model. Proficiency in using ATS, job portals like Dice, Indeed, Ciepal and Boolean search techniques. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a target-driven environment. Education & Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
