Key Responsibilities, "PLEASE READ CAREFULLY" Handle USA recruitment, sourcing and coordination with candidates Manage onboarding documentation and HR compliance for US employees Maintain records, tracking and reporting for international operations Liaison with management and USA partners for administrative support Manage communication, emails, scheduling & follow-ups Coordinate time-zone based operations and flexible working hours if required Ensure smooth day-to-day HR & Admin functioning � Required Skills & Competencies Excellent English communication (verbal & written) Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email operations, Documentation) Leadership and independent decision-making capability International HR exposure preferred Ability to handle confidential information professionally
