About the Role

Hiresigma is looking for a dedicated and energetic US Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of experience in US staffing or recruitment. The ideal candidate must be confident, target-driven, and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment for US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients — sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes for essential skills and experience based on client requirements.
• Conduct phone screenings to evaluate communication skills, technical expertise, and candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate pay rates, availability, and start dates with candidates.
• Maintain daily activity trackers and update applicant information in the ATS.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Ensure timely follow-up and provide a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US work environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
