Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities of a US IT Recruiter:

  • Sourcing Candidates:

    Identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for specific IT positions within US companies or for US-based projects.

  • Candidate Assessment:

    Evaluating candidates skills, experience, and suitability for the role, often including visa types, if applicable.

  • Interview Coordination:

    Arranging and coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates.

  • Offer Negotiation:

    Negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with successful candidates.

  • Onboarding Support:

    Assisting with the onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork.

  • Relationship Management:

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
