Job Description

About the Role:

US Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with US hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards (Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, networking, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit based on job requirements and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams across different time zones.
Manage candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Maintain and update applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation terms, and coordinate onboarding in collaboration with the HR team.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
Stay current on
US employment trends, visa/work authorization policies
, and best practices in international recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Minimum
2 years of experience in US recruitment
(IT/non-IT).
Strong understanding of
US job boards, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
, and compliance practices.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work flexible hours to align with US time zones.
