Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site, role for a FEMALE Executive Secretary to the CEO & DIRECTORS. The Candidate will be responsible for Secretarial Tasks, Email drafting & Telephonic co-ordinations, Administrative assistance, Hotel, Ticket Bookings etc. The ideal Candidate should be staying near the Metro line area, as our office location is besides LOWER OSHIWARA METRO STATION, ANDHERI (WEST), Office Timings - 11am - 7pm / Mon - Sat. Requirements : The Candidate should be of Age between 35-45 Yrs / Preferably Catholic / South Indian / North Indian. Minimum a Graduate or Plus. Previous experience as secretary to MD / DIRECTOR / CEO, also handled Company Secretarial Works. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Exceptional Communication skills in English. ( Handling U.S works) Proficiency in Advanced MS Office, Email Drafting, Administrative Assistance, Knowledge of Hotel / Flight Bookings / Visa arrangements, Customer Service skills, and should Professional Attitude.
