Recruiter

Qualification:

We are looking for smart and energetic freshers with background in science who are eager to build a career in pharma recruitment. You will be trained to identify, assess, and place top scientific talent across various pharma and healthcare roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand various pharma-related job roles and industry functions
• Source candidates from job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our recruitment system
• Support senior recruiters in client delivery and talent mapping
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process

Who Can Apply:

• B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes
• Interest in pharma/biotech/healthcare industry
• Basic understanding of MS Excel, Email & LinkedIn is a plus
