US Recruiter

Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Kalinga Vihar
Experience: 6–1 Year (Freshers can also apply)
Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Maintain recruitment reports and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the US recruitment domain.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, IT, or related fields preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
