Resident Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of all property systems and services.
• Manage and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and other support staff.
• Address resident concerns and foster a positive community atmosphere.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage expenses efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to community rules and safety regulations.

Required Skills :

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or similar roles
• Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle resident concerns with professionalism and care
• Basic understanding of maintenance operations and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and/or property management software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
