Key Responsibilities: • Oversee Front Office and Guest Relations, ensuring seamless arrivals, stays, and departures. • Anticipate guest needs and curate personalized experiences aligned with Amaraanth’s luxury standards. • Lead and motivate guest-facing teams to consistently deliver service excellence. • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, training, and process improvement. • Manage guest feedback with empathy, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution. • Uphold brand standards and ensure attention to detail across all guest touchpoints. • Oversee Housekeeping and Spa departments, ensuring consistency in quality and guest satisfaction. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within boutique hotels or resorts. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • A guest-first, hands-on approach with an impeccable eye for detail. • Proven ability to balance operational efficiency with exceptional guest service.
