Skills and Qualifications: 1) A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 2) Proven experience in customer service, operations, and facility management. 3) Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle resident concerns sensitively and professionally. 4) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 5) Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively. 6) Experience with relevant software applications, including property management software, customer service software, and Microsoft Office. 7) Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to residential communities. 8) Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
