Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Conduct sales presentations and property tours to showcase the unique features and benefits of our co-living spaces.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation agents, and individual tenants.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and other contractual terms to secure deals that align with company objectives.
Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for clients moving into co-living spaces.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven track record of success in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is a plus.
