2. Job Purpose
To design, implement, and manage outreach strategies that enhance visibility, awareness, and engagement for UG and PG programs, thereby driving lead generation, applications, and enrolments across the assigned region.
3. Key Accountabilities
A. Strategic Responsibilities
- Design and implement outreach strategies to maximize brand visibility and student reach across target geographies.
- Develop regional engagement plans aligned with institutional enrolment objectives.
- Identify high-potential schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and partner institutions based on historical performance and market potential.
B. Operational Responsibilities
- Achieve defined outreach targets including

for the assigned territory. - Engage with schools, colleges, universities, tutors, and coaching centres to organize presentations, workshops, and outreach activities.
- Liaise with school management, counsellors, and student bodies to schedule and execute engagement initiatives.
- Deliver presentations independently or in coordination with faculty members.
- Plan and execute events such as principals meets, counsellors meets, open houses, academic workshops, and education fairs.
- Negotiate participation terms, investments, and collaborations with partner institutions and event organizers.
- Analyse regional and national admission data to identify trends, opportunities, and growth areas.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative outreach and engagement initiatives for students and parents.
- Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual outreach calendars ensuring effective audience targeting.
- Plan and coordinate logistics, travel, materials, and on-ground execution for all outreach activities.
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and dashboards on outreach performance, leads, and conversions.
- Plan and manage day-to-day activities independently while adhering to defined timelines and deliverables.
C. Financial & Budget Management
- Monitor, optimize, and ensure effective utilization of allocated outreach budgets.
- Maintain financial discipline and support cost-efficient execution of outreach initiatives.
D. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with school authorities, counsellors, coaching institute heads, and academic partners.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Admissions, Marketing & Communications, Faculty, and Finance teams.
- Support admissions teams to ensure smooth lead-to-enrolment conversion processes.
E. Academic & Admissions Support
- Support admissions operations by guiding prospective students and parents through the application and admission process.
- Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies and procedures.
- Assist in executing admission-related activities during peak cycles.
F. External Representation
- Represent MIT-WPU at academic forums, professional bodies, education fairs, and community platforms.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, government bodies, and educational networks to strengthen institutional visibility and brand equity.
4. Person Specification
Experience & Expertise
- Graduate or Postgraduate with
6- 12 years of relevant experience
, preferably in the education sector. - Proven experience in outreach, admissions, business development, or academic engagement roles.
- Strong network within schools, colleges, and coaching institutions preferred.
