Industry: Cold Chain / Reefer Containers / HVAC / Logistics Job Descriptions We are expanding our Technical & Operations team and seeking professionals with a strong refrigeration background especially those experienced in reefer container systems (Daikin, Carrier, Thermo King). The role will be customized to your experience level , from on-ground technical operations to regional service management. Key Responsibilities 1. Reefer Maintenance & Operations Oversee container readiness , preventive maintenance, and repair of reefer units . Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems (mechanical and electrical). Coordinate with service vendors and OEMs for parts, warranty, and technical support. Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with performance standards. 2. Dispatch & Field Coordination Plan and track reefer container dispatch and turnaround schedules. Ensure all outgoing units meet temperature performance and operational readiness checks. Supervise on-site technicians and service partners to ensure uptime and reliability. 3. Customer Technical Support Act as the primary technical advisor for clients on reefer operations and temperature control. Handle remote and on-site troubleshooting , ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime. Deliver training sessions to customers on usage, best practices, and safety. Support the sales team with technical inputs during demos and installations. 4. Inventory & Parts Management Manage spares inventory for reefer units and refrigeration components. Coordinate parts requisition, tagging, and stock audits using ERP/Excel systems. Liaise with dispatch and service teams for parts availability and turnaround . Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 10 years in refrigeration or reefer container service (Daikin / Carrier / Thermo King). Background: Cold chain operations, reefer maintenance, or HVAC service management. Strong technical and diagnostic skills in refrigeration systems. Familiar with control systems, sensors, and data loggers in reefer operations. Proficient in Excel/ERP systems and comfortable managing documentation. Freshers with strong refrigeration fundamentals are also encouraged to apply.
