About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who thrives on turning warm leads into closed deals. Youll own the last mile of the sales funnel from qualified leads (SQLs) to revenue. This isnt a top-of-funnel role. It’s a hunter-closer role with clear targets and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of
sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
and drive them to closure.
Run crisp, high-signal discovery calls and demos with potential customers.
Build trust and handle objections with confidence and data.
Collaborate with marketing and founder team to refine pitch narratives.
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
Identify upsell or referral opportunities within closed accounts.
Share on-ground learnings to shape messaging, pricing, and product priorities.

You’ll Thrive If You Have

2–5 years of
B2B inside sales or SMB sales experience
(preferably in SaaS, logistics, agri, or tech sectors).
A
closer’s mindset
— resilient, curious, and hungry to win deals.
Excellent communication in English + Hindi (or regional).
Comfort with fast-moving, early-stage environments.
Bonus: experience working with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs.
