Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant with 2 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting within the IT sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, preparing financial reports, and supporting internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA, CMA, or equivalent will be an added advantage. 2 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the IT or technology sector. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations relevant to IT companies. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
