We are looking for a Growth Lead who thrives in hunting new business, opening doors, and shaping RAHI s growth trajectory in the assigned geography. This role requires someone who understands the nuances of BFSI technology sales, enterprise buying cycles, and the patience needed to navigate decision-making in Banks, NBFCs, and HFCs. This is an opportunity for someone with strong domain understanding and ambition to build a high-growth career in a well-funded startup with long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Hunting & Prospecting
a. Identify, research, and target Banks, NBFCs and Housing Finance companies across the assigned geography.
b. Build a strong pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
c. Use domain knowledge to create contextual, relevant outreach.
2. Customer Engagement
a. Develop strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
b. Conduct high-level platform conversations that demonstrate understanding of LOS, LMS, Collections and ecosystem integrations (KYC, AA, CKYC, etc.)
3. Sales Execution
a. Own complete sales cycle from outreach to closure.
b. Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and work closely with product & presales teams.
c. Lead pricing discussions, commercial structuring, and final negotiations.
4. Ownership & Collaboration
a. Demonstrate high ownership operate with minimal supervision and complete accountability.
b. Provide structured feedback to the product team based on market intelligence.
c. Benchmark competition, identify whitespace opportunities, and shape GTM insights.

a. Minimum 4 years in selling LOS (Loan Origination System) &/or LMS (Loan Management System) &/or Collections (Debt Management) &/or KYC/AA services to Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance companies.
b. Strong understanding of BFSI decision cycles and technology buying patterns.
c. Proven ability to break into new accounts.a. Proactive, self-driven, and hungry to grow with the company.
b. Ability to articulate value propositions in a business and technology context.
c. Strong commercial acumen for proposals, pricing, and negotiation.
d. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at CXO level.
e. Patience to navigate enterprise sales cycles and maturity to handle long gestation deals.
