Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about products/services. Maintain and update lead database in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 3 - 4 years in lead generation.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
