Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and provide regular updates on deal progress.
Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track customer interactions, manage contacts, and analyze sales performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chat support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in presales or business development roles within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding in sales of residential properties, commercial properties, land and plots, and rental & leasing services offered by various developers across different locations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone conversations; strong presentation skills for virtual property tours.
