Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and provide regular updates on deal progress.
  • Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track customer interactions, manage contacts, and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chat support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in presales or business development roles within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding in sales of residential properties, commercial properties, land and plots, and rental & leasing services offered by various developers across different locations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone conversations; strong presentation skills for virtual property tours.
