Resident Manager

Position: Onsite Bed & Breakfast Manager

Location: Unwind Hotels & Resorts, Lighthouse Beach, Kovalam, Kerala

About the Role:

As the Onsite B&B Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our beachfront hotel. Key duties include overseeing daily operations, managing guest check-in/check-out, supervising staff, ensuring impeccably clean rooms and facilities, and assisting with breakfast service in our restaurant. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of hospitality and fostering a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations for a 15-room boutique property
• Ensure rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards
• Lead and mentor housekeeping and front desk teams
• Oversee breakfast service, guaranteeing quality and timeliness
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest queries or concerns
• Coordinate with local vendors and manage bookings
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality management experience (preferably in boutique hotels or B&Bs)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and genuine passion for guest service
• Familiarity with property management systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Hindi is a plus
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
