About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pharma Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for the Pharmaceutical industry, particularly for Production, Packing, and related operational roles. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of pharma manufacturing processes and regulatory standards, along with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions within the Pharma Production, Primary & Secondary Packing, Coating, Imprinting, and Capsulation departments.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on CGMP, GDP, and other compliance-based requirements.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Utilize multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial HR screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate the selection process.

• Maintain candidate and recruitment data in line with company and compliance requirements.

• Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes to ensure timely closures and quality hiring.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Pharma recruitment (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles and processes in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience hiring for positions such as:

o Compression Operators (CGMP, GDP, Troubleshooting, In-process testing, Cadmach, Parle HATA)

o Primary & Secondary Packing Operators (Unscrambler, Tablet Counter, Induction Sealing Machines, etc.)

o Coating, Imprinting, and Capsulation Operators (ACG, GANSONS, AF-90, ZRO-200)

o Production Executives and Supervisors

• Familiarity with ITIL roles or exposure to hiring in both Pharma and IT domains will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
