Technical Support Engineer - ERP Implementation

As an ERP Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP users in various departments. You will play a key role in ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, setup, configuration, testing, and user training. Your expertise will be utilized in configuring ERP modules specific to the pharmaceutical industry, such as inventory management, production planning, quality control, and compliance. Collaboration with ERP vendors or developers will be essential for resolving system bugs, integrating new features, and performing version upgrades. Monitoring ERP system performance, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining documentation for support activities and SOPs will be part of your daily responsibilities. Compliance with industry standards and pharmaceutical regulations, including GMP, GAMP, and FDA guidelines, will be a critical aspect of your role. You will be involved in creating and managing user roles and access rights in alignment with organizational policies. Additionally, you will assist in report development and customization based on functional team requirements. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, and configuration. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with ERP systems tailored for the pharma domain will be advantageous. A strong understanding of pharma business processes and regulatory requirements is essential. Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or Infor is preferred. Problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and effective communication and stakeholder management are key attributes for this role. Moreover, working knowledge of SQL and database systems for data analysis and reporting is required. Familiarity with pharma validation procedures, such as CSV Computer System Validation, and experience with ERP integrations with systems like LIMS, MES, or CRM will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
