Position title: React js Developer Experience : 3+Year Location : Chennai (WFO) after 3 Months Hybrid Notice period : 1 Month -Immedidate joiner Skills set : HTML,CSS,Javascript, React JS, Redux, Must Worked in Web Applications and in dynamic coding. Any 1 project should be in live Roles & Responsibilities: Development and implementation of complex web applications using React JS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences. Creating/Customizing plugins according to the user requirements Create cascading style sheets (CSS) that are consistent across all browsers and platforms Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, functionality, and usability. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development and React. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support Familiarity with Responsive and Adaptive designs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong emphasis on react. Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development. Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
