Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of server management and network technologies. Experience with backup and recovery solutions. Familiarity with security and access management protocols. Preferred Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., MCSE, CCNA). Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure. Knowledge of automation tools for system management.
