Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering effective collaboration between engineering, design, and business units.
Implement agile methodologies and structured project management frameworks to guide project execution and track progress.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status and critical updates to stakeholders and senior management with clarity and precision.
Utilize project management tools to maintain accurate records, budget tracking, and resource allocation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or technology sector with a track record of successful project delivery.
Expertise in agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and familiarity with project management software (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project resources efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

Preferred

Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
Experience managing multi-site projects and working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
