Job Description

Plan, initiate, and manage projects from initiation through delivery by defining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, risks are mitigated, and deliverables meet quality standards.

Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies, prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations, and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests by implementing corrective actions and change management processes to minimize impact on timelines and costs.

Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance frameworks, and documentation standards while maintaining complete and accurate project records.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement, conduct regular meetings, and drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
