Positioned at the interface between clients, suppliers, and internal design and production teams, their main mission is to oversee wood-based space planning projects, whether for companies or individuals, ensuring that all stages, from order placement to final delivery, are completed in accordance with the clients expectations, while respecting deadlines and the set budget. Defining Scope and Objectives: Working with clients and stakeholders to clearly define the project's scope, objectives, timelines, and budget. Developing Project Plans: Creating detailed project plans, including tasks, schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Setting Milestones: Establishing key milestones and deliverables to track progress and ensure timely completion. Resource Allocation: Determining the necessary resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and allocating them effectively. 2.
