Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of automation and product projects.
Define clear goals, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
Own sprint boards, documentation, and delivery tracking for multiple initiatives.
Work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Automation teams.
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and drive mitigation.
Track progress using dashboards and report insights to leadership.
Document learnings, user feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in
Project Management
within product, engineering, or automation environments.
Good understanding of
automation tools, modern software lifecycles, and system integrations
.
Proven ability to manage multiple fast-moving or experimental initiatives concurrently.
Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience with Advanced Spreadsheet functions, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.

Preferred candidate profile

PMP or Scrum certification.
Experience working with automation-first or platform teams.
Familiarity with API-driven workflows and MVP-style experimentation.
Understanding of AI / ML concepts, LLMs, RAG or data-driven systems.
