Job Description

As a Manager - WordPress Delivery, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality, visually engaging, and conversion-optimized WordPress websites. Youll manage a team of builders, designers, copywriters, and SEO specialists — ensuring every project meets the standards of speed, quality, and creativity our partners expect.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full-cycle WordPress website production from design to deployment.
Ensure quality, performance, and SLA benchmarks are consistently achieved.
Drive process improvements and automation using data insights to improve efficiency.
Coach and mentor team members on WordPress best practices, performance, and delivery quality.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Research teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

8+ years of experience building websites using WordPress, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or delivery management role.
Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and experience with page builders such as Elementor.
Working knowledge of Figma, on-page SEO, modern web design principles, and website content best practices.
Experience working on U.S. and/or Canadian market projects preferred.
Degree in Computer Science, MCA, or related field.
