Description

The Senior Executive ensures hospital infrastructure, utilities, and equipment are maintained efficiently to support safe and uninterrupted patient care.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance of electrical, mechanical, civil, and utility systems (HVAC, water, power, medical gases)

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for hospital facilities

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and compliance

Ensure adherence to safety standards, fire safety, and regulatory requirements

Guide junior staff and monitor performance for smooth operations

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)

Strong knowledge of hospital maintenance systems and safety protocols

Leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments
