Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, TM, etc. Deep understanding of SAP configuration, business process mapping, and integration. Handson experience in SAP Activate Methodology and Agile implementation. Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, Business Partner concept, and HANA database. Experience in data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, etc.). Business & Soft Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in working with cross functional teams and global rollouts. Certification in SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage. Education & Experience: Bachelor s/Master s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation, support, or consulting. Experience with at least one full cycle S/4HANA implementation preferred.
