Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the business growth of Fast Chargers for 2W, 3W, and 4Ws Electric Vehicles (EVs) . This role requires a strong blend of sales expertise to ensure customer success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales strategies, and project coordination from order acquisition to successful delivery and installation. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Lead the business growth of Fast Chargers for EVs , meeting sales targets and revenue goals. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share. Forge partnerships with Charging Point Operators (CPOs), EV Dealerships, and OEMs . Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Internal & External Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of units through close coordination with internal teams and suppliers. Follow up on customer payments and accounts receivable to maintain financial discipline. Work with installation contractors and service agencies to ensure a smooth commissioning processed le & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in the EV Charging industry is highly advantageous. Strong ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Expertise in customer relationship management, sales forecasting, and project execution .. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills .
